Dubai Hills Estate is an 11 million Sq.m premium family oriented community in the heart of Dubai. This community is a master plan by one of the most prominent and successful developers in the world, Emaar Properties.
Dubai Hills Estate is already well developed and consistent of 2 parts, one revolving around community park and the other on golf course. Captivating modern contemporary architectural style, characterized by clean lines and a timeless aesthetic design describes developments in this community.

Location and Proximity
Dubai Hills Estate is centrally located in the middle of the city, sitting along E44 Al Khail Road and D63 Umm Suqeim Street. Both of these roads play a key role in Dubai’s infrastructure. Al Khail Road, highway, which is connecting you to Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road from one side and goes to Business Bay and further on the other. By joining Umm Suqeim Street you will be reaching Mall of Emirates, Madinat Jumeirah or Burj Al Arab in no time.
Majority of residents are using private vehicles for daily commute while busses are operational as well. The community will benefit from an upcoming metro extension as well. The upcoming metro extension (red line) will bring stations to the community and ensure the benefits of easy transportation to it’s residents.
Housing
Dubai Hills Estates is planned to become a home to about 30,000 residential units which are a mix between apartments, townhouses and villas. Many of these units are already delivered but we still have projects that are under construction and new projects yet to be announced.
Residential apartments usually range from 1 to 3 bedroom units while townhouses and villas move from 3 to 7 bedroom units with luxury mansions with plots over 25,000 Sq.Ft also present.
Majority of the community is consistent of townhouses and villas (as you can see on the masterplan below) while buildings with apartments are scattered along the line of golf course on one side of the community and mainly the community park on the other. All of these units have excellent designed layouts as expected from Emaar while some of them get fantastic views as well.
As part of the community we also have commercial properties mainly in the form of offices.
