Overview
Jumeirah Village Circle is a very popular family friendly residential community in Dubai. Originally planned by Nakheel, JVC stretches over 870 hectares and is divided to 9 districts. Over the years this community has maintained it’s position as one of the top performing areas of Dubai by offering brand new developments at affordable rates.
Location and Proximity
Jumeirah Village Circle is truly located at the heart of Dubai which can be easily spotted with a single view of the map. JVC is surrounded by Al Khail Road, Hessa Street and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. This strategic location allows quick and effective connectivity to Dubai’s hotspots.
